Job Description Purpose of the role To participate in the day-to-day activities of the Capital Markets division providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Accountabilities • Execution of small research projects, research to support strategic decision making, preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings, collaboration with senior management to implement research findings for capital markets, advising a broad range of corporate clients, to deliver holistic, structured solutions.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. • Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, management of the deployment and launch of new products and services for capital markets.

• Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support to clients and customers, under steadily decreasing supervision, responding to questions about products and services, processing of transactions.

• Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support in decision making in Capital Markets. Analyst Expectations • To meet the needs of stakeholders/ customers through transactional processing and customer service.

• Perform routine and specific tasks as assigned, focusing on quality execution. • No people leadership roles at this grade. • Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, identify escalation of policy breaches as required.

Who we're looking for To be considered for this programme, you must be in your penultimate or final year of your degree, in any discipline. Language requirements: fluent in English and Italian.

Entry Salary: €24,000 Upper Salary: €24,000 The entry and upper salary information above includes only annual full-time equivalent base salary and represents the typical range of pay for the role.

The actual pay rate will reflect the responsibility level of the role and experience level of the individual. The entry and upper salary information does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
