- If you are successful in receiving a return offer to our graduate programme, your location will be the same as it was during your internship.
- Successful applicants who are not eligible to receive a skilled worker visa, and who we are therefore unable to secure a skilled worker visa for, will be required to have their own legal right to work in the UK on a full-time basis from June 2027 to August 2027.

Job Description Purpose of the role To participate in the day to day operations of the technology function, working across a range of technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities • Participation in design and innovation of products using the newest technologies. • Cross-functional collaboration with the business to understand their needs and convey them to the broader development team, ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Development of change and innovative solutions. • Collaboration with peers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing. Analyst Expectations • To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
• Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise • Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise • They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.
