This role requires detailed oriented mindset, eagerness to develop critical thinking skills and ability to create workflow documentation. What you do • Support standardization initiatives and processes.

• Update process documentation. • Assist with month-end closing activities by processing journal entries. • Prepare reconciliations and financial/accounting reports.

What you will bring • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field (minimum 70–85% of coursework completed, depending on university requirements).

• Availability to work according to the company’s telecommuting policy. • English level B2 or higher. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
