• Performs computer equipment moves / add / changes. • Develops, manages and builds positive relationships. Partners with clients, peers, and other teams to ensure timely assistance and quality technical support to meet needs of clients.

• Accurately documents troubleshooting steps and work tasks within the Blue Cross ticketing system. Required Qualifications: • Degree program(s) / Current Status: Junior or Senior level undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, ISDS or a related field.

• Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.8 minimum cumulative GPA. • Other Qualifications : • Must have hardware and software troubleshooting skills. • Must maintain complete confidentiality of information encountered.

• Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities. • Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.

• Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment and team-oriented. • Must be able to work 20-25hours per week during the Spring and Fall semesters; and up to 35 hours per week during the Summer.
