Role overview
What you'll own
- Work with internal BCI departments on budget and forecast updates and assist with ad hoc reporting requests.
- Assist with reviewing monthly accruals and reclassifications related to allocated departments and collaborate with Corporate Accounting to complete month-end close in a timely manner.
- Assist with deliverables to corporate stakeholders as needed.
- Support the team as needed and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements and eligibility
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines while potentially dealing with competing priorities
- Ability to work and grow in a team environment
Preferred, not required
- Pursuit of an economics, finance, or BCom degree, CPA designation or related area in at least their 3rd year is preferred.
