What you'll own

  • You will be a key member of the TA team, supporting hiring the best possible talent for the region!
  • You will build and refine talent pools, engage and influence key customers and deliver an outstanding experience to applicants and hiring leaders.
  • Understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to deploy appropriate TA solutions to fulfil requirements
  • Support intake meetings for every requirement

Requirements and eligibility

  • Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
  • Right to work in UK - we do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
  • Holds a UK driving license (ability to travel to sites nationwide is a must, especially during the university careers fairs season, during which there may be a requirement to stay away overnight).
  • Studying towards a degree within Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
