What you'll own
- You will focus on developing solutions for our Global Client Group.
- Support the Global Client Group in leveraging data, technology, and automation to improve business processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to document processes, evaluate workflow improvements, and implement enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other available technologies.
Requirements and eligibility
- Support ad hoc projects and daily operational activities as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience using Excel and familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
Preferred, not required
- Exposure to financial services, asset management, investor relations, fundraising, or market research environments.
- Knowledge of database concepts and data management best practices.
- Compensation: 55,000 CAD per annum

You will focus on developing solutions for our Global Client Group. You are a well-rounded individual with strong problem-solving skills and have an aptitude to continuously learn emerging technologies.
Position Summary: • Support the Global Client Group in leveraging data, technology, and automation to improve business processes and decision-making. • Active participant in technology platform transformation projects.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to document processes, evaluate workflow improvements, and implement enhancements. • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other available technologies.
• Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into scalable reporting and technology solutions. • Support automation initiatives that improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness across the team.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and materials for internal stakeholders and senior management. • Support ad hoc projects and daily operational activities as required.
Requirements: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively. • Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience using Excel and familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools. • Experience building dashboards or visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Interest in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and technology-enabled business solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
Nice to Have: • Exposure to financial services, asset management, investor relations, fundraising, or market research environments. • Knowledge of database concepts and data management best practices.
