Job Description Brookfield Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Fund Brookfield Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Fund (“BAIIF” or “the Fund”) is Brookfield’s strategy dedicated to investing in the physical infrastructure underpinning artificial intelligence.

The Fund targets opportunities across the AI value chain, including digital infrastructure and AI factories, computer hardware, power generation and transmission, connectivity, and other strategic adjacencies.

The strategy builds on Brookfield’s global infrastructure investing experience and operating capabilities across data infrastructure, power and other critical real assets.

The team evaluates investment opportunities and emerging themes across a rapidly evolving AI infrastructure ecosystem, combining fundamental research, investment analysis and Brookfield’s global operating perspective.

Position Summary The AI Infrastructure Investment Research Intern will join the BAIIF team and support research and investment activities across the AI infrastructure value chain.

This role is particularly suited to a student interested in the intersection of investing, technology and infrastructure. The intern will spend a significant portion of their time conducting industry and company research, analyzing market trends, developing investment perspectives, and supporting the evaluation of potential opportunities.

Working alongside investment professionals on the team, the intern will gain exposure to how Brookfield evaluates emerging sectors, develops investment theses and identifies opportunities within rapidly growing infrastructure markets.

The role is intended to provide broad exposure to institutional investing while allowing the successful candidate to develop fundamental research, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities Industry & Market Research • Conduct research across AI infrastructure sectors, including data centers, compute hardware, semiconductors, power generation and transmission, networking and connectivity.

• Analyze industry trends, market growth, competitive dynamics, supply chains and key participants across relevant sectors. • Research companies, technologies and business models that may represent potential investment opportunities or inform broader investment themes.

• Gather and synthesize information from company filings, industry publications, market research, databases and other primary and secondary sources. • Track relevant industry developments and help communicate key findings to members of the investment team.

Investment Research & Analysis • Support the development of investment theses around emerging AI infrastructure themes and subsectors. • Assist with preliminary screening of potential investment opportunities.

• Conduct company and comparable-company analysis to better understand business models, financial performance and competitive positioning. • Support basic financial analysis and valuation work under the guidance of more senior team members.

• Help evaluate long-term growth drivers, risks and potential value-creation opportunities associated with prospective investments. Investment Materials • Prepare research summaries, market maps, company profiles and presentations for internal discussions.

• Assist with materials used to evaluate potential investments and strategic themes. • Translate complex industry information into clear, concise and decision-useful analysis.

• Support the preparation and organization of data and analysis used by the investment team. Team Support • Work closely with investment professionals across the BAIIF team on research and special projects.

• Collaborate with other Brookfield teams where relevant, including professionals across infrastructure, transition and operating businesses. • Support ad-hoc strategic and analytical initiatives as priorities evolve.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will demonstrate: • Strong intellectual curiosity and an interest in understanding businesses, industries and investment themes.

• A demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, technology, infrastructure and/or investing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • The ability to conduct detailed research, identify relevant information and synthesize findings into clear conclusions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of work. • The ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• A proactive approach to learning and willingness to take ownership of assignments. • Sound judgment, professionalism and a team-oriented mindset. Qualifications • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, commerce, finance, economics, engineering, computer science or another relevant discipline.

• Strong academic performance. • Previous internship, extracurricular or project experience involving investment research, finance, consulting, technology, infrastructure or related fields is considered an asset.

• Familiarity with financial statements and basic corporate finance concepts is considered an asset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • No prior AI infrastructure investment experience is required, but candidates should have a genuine interest in learning about the sector.
