  • Detail-oriented and meticulous individual and able to identify big picture

Job Description Responsibilities: • Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities • Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities • Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model • Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns • Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material • Support the team on investment due diligence • Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund • Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned Requirements: • Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines • Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
