Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Research on creation of videos for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) guidelines (Applicants should have previously attended video editing lessons and studied various editing software) .

• Research on global green certification and energy ratings for properties globally . • Research and creation of online forms that is suitable for filling up of M&E KDR .

• Support with uploading and creation of all CLAS properties onto Energy Star Portfolio Manager to generate Energy Ratings for all properties . • Support with translation work for drawings and documents .

Job Requirements: • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or any related Building Services discipline.

• Possesses knowledge of the Environment, Building Services and Sustainability. • Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering e.g Microsoft Co-Pilot/ Chatgpt / Claude .
