Job Description You will be assisting the Group Internal Audit team with its ongoing digital transformation, process improvement initiatives and new digitalisation initiatives.

Responsibilities • Assist in financial and operational audit • Contribute to the design and enhancement of existing processes, workflows and audit methodology through data and technology • Design and prepare technology-focused department-level training and upskilling initiatives • Prepare audits and limited fieldwork assignments • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as appropriate Requirements • Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting or any other related disciplines • Able to communicate well and have a strong sense of logic • Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organization • Innovative spirit, strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills • Intellectual curiosity with attention to details • Able to work independently Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
