About the role

Carrier is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Apprentice – UAE National to join our team in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National who is looking to start their career in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Operations within a global industry leader.

As an apprentice, you will gain practical, hands-on experience while working alongside experienced Carrier professionals. You will be exposed to key areas of the supply chain and develop the skills required to build a successful long-term career with Carrier.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Operations activities.
• Assist with procurement and purchase order processes.
• Support supplier communication and order follow-up.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Support logistics and delivery coordination.
• Assist with supply and demand planning activities.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation.
• Support reporting and analysis of Supply Chain KPIs.
• Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, and other Carrier teams.
• Support process improvement and Supply Chain projects.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Use Carrier systems and tools to maintain accurate information.
• Take part in training and development activities throughout the apprenticeship.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field .
• Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Supply Chain and Operations.
• Good written and spoken English .
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
