Key responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of digital applications for manufacturing and office processes

协助开发和维护面向制造和办公流程的数字化应用

• Support data architecture setup, including basic data structure design and integration

• Perform data analysis and basic visualization to support operational decision‑making

• Apply mathematical modeling capabilities and experience with machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost or Random Forest to support data-driven problem solving

• Participate in AI‑enabled solutions or AI agent pilots under guidance

• Prepare basic technical documentation, test scripts, and user instructions

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

Education

• Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors

计算机科学、信息系统、数据科学、工业工程或其他相关专业

Technical Skills

• Basic programming skills in Python

具备Python编程技能

• Basic understanding or strong interest in AI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation

对ai、ai代理或智能自动化有基本了解或浓厚兴趣

• Knowledge of data analysis or data modeling is a plus

具备数据分析或数据建模知识者优先

General Competencies

• Strong learning ability and problem‑solving skills
