Job summary

作为未来制造人才储备的一部分，焊接实习生将在生产主管及资深技师指导下，参与生产车间焊接作业及相关生产活动，学习工程机械产品焊接工艺、质量标准及安全规范。通过系统培养，逐步成长为具备生产管理潜力的基层骨干，为未来向班组长（Team Leader）方向发展做好准备。

Key responsibilities

生产作业

• 按照标准作业指导书（sop）完成焊接生产任务；

• 学习并掌握mig/mag、co₂气体保护焊等焊接工艺；

• 根据生产计划完成焊接、打磨、组对等相关工序工作；
• 负责工件焊接质量自检，确保符合质量标准要求；
• 配合班组完成生产现场改善及持续改进活动。

安全与质量

• 严格遵守公司ehs安全管理制度及车间操作规范；

• 正确使用劳动防护用品（ppe）；

• 发现质量异常或安全隐患时及时向主管反馈；
• 参与5S管理，保持工位整洁有序。

Qualifications

• 2027届毕业生；
• 大专及以上学历；
• 专业不限，机械制造、焊接技术、机电一体化、数控技术、汽车制造等相关专业优先；
• 愿意长期从事工程机械制造行业。
• 具备焊工证
• 对焊接技术、机械制造或生产运营感兴趣；
• 具备较强的学习能力和动手能力；
• 能适应生产车间工作环境；
• 具备良好的责任心、团队协作意识和安全意识；

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
