Cerity Partners is looking for Summer 2027 Interns to join our Central Solutions team.  As a Central Solutions Intern, you will work directly with our Chief Solutions Officer and team on strategic initiatives that support the growth and integration of the firm.

The role provides exposure to firm-wide business strategy, cross-functional projects, and the design and execution of investment and advisory solutions across Cerity Partners.

This is a paid, full-time internship (40 hours per week) that offers practical experience in a professional setting. It’s a strong opportunity for students seeking direct insight into the strategy and operations of a nationally recognized registered investment advisory firm.

Primary Responsibilities: • Support strategic initiatives led by the Chief Solutions Officer and other business leaders, as directed. • Prepare clear, concise written reports, presentations, and analysis for senior leadership.

• Provide data, research, and project management support spanning across investment management, private markets, risk management, marketing, and more.

• Assist with maintaining trackers, dashboards, and databases to support business development and strategic execution. • Participate in internal and external meetings as needed; prepare materials and distribute meeting notes.

Required Qualifications • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.

• Genuine interest in financial services, business strategy, and working across functions to solve complex problems. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; comfort with the broader Microsoft 365 suite expected.

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and an ability to apply them practically to research, drafting, or analysis workflows.
