Cerity Partners is seeking a team player with a positive attitude and the highest level of personal integrity to join our tax team as a Tax Intern. This is a paid internship program (30-40 hours per week) and is designed to provide college students with an opportunity to enhance their formal education with a hands-on, career-related experience. This role is also ideal for someone looking for a part-time seasonal position in the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.
Primary responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local individual and business income tax returns

Ideal candidate profile
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
- Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree with a strong interest in tax
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience
