About the role At COUNTRY Financial we pride ourselves on offering a competitive and enriching internship program. As the Digital Marketing intern, you will support the ongoing SEO and GEO efforts to improve visibility of COUNTRY Financial in both organic and AI-assisted search engines.

You will also have the opportunity to work with other areas of the digital marketing team such as paid media, website maintenance and content creation for our team-owned channels.

Responsibilities include: - Support SEO/GEO efforts by conducting content audits and keyword research, writing content briefs, testing strategies, analyzing visibility, making on-page optimizations, and more - Maintain website by updating pages in Adobe Experience Manager - Conduct project research and competitive analysis for emerging SEO/GEO trends - Analyze web and SEO/GEO performance metrics using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Semrush and Google Search Console - Assist with other digital marketing initiatives that may involve paid media efforts Application Timeline: We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront.

Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders.

Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will communicate updates as they become available.

The internship may be extended part-time through fall 2027 and spring 2028. • Graduation date of August 2027 or beyond. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
