The Covestro location in Frankfort, Indiana produces large scale waterborne acrylic emulsions for the use in coatings and adhesives. As a QC Lab Intern within Covestro, you will be responsible for a wide range of lab activities to support day-to-day and ongoing projects.

Candidates must be available for a 3-month assignment during the Summer of 2027 (May to August). Responsibilities: • Polymer emulsion QC testing including but not limited to GC, viscometer, pH, solids, and particle size • Calibration and verification of lab equipment • Data and record keeping • Abide by laboratory safety procedures and protocols • Interns will work under general supervision but with a high degree of independence once trained Related to this position, Covestro offers: • A global working environment with the opportunity to assist in developing process improvements and creatively solving process-related problems for Covestro's chemical plants in the U.

0 • Completion of sophomore year preferred • Chemistry or Biochemistry majors • Previous lab experience is a plus Skills and Experience • Experience with and knowledge about basic chemistry and safe work habits in a laboratory environment • Demonstrated PC skills and ability to work within Microsoft Office programs • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills YOUR APPLICATION Are you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
