As an Org Effectiveness Intern, you’ll help us explore that question and turn ideas into action. You’ll work at the intersection of people, business, strategy and technology, with exposure to AI-driven workforce transformation, organization design, talent strategy and the future of work.
What You’ll Do You’ll learn on the job through meaningful projects that help shape how work gets done and how organizations prepare for the future. Here’s a peek at the experiences that await you: • Researching talent, leadership and future-of-work trends and translating them into practical insights.
• Supporting organization design, workforce planning and strategic talent initiatives. • Helping bring programs to life through tools, templates, playbooks, project plans and stakeholder resources.
• Analyzing information to identify patterns, opportunities and recommendations. • Creating engaging presentations and stories that make complex ideas easier for leaders to understand and act on.
• Experimenting with approved AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and content development. • Collaborating with partners across HR and the business on meaningful, enterprise-level challenges.

You are also: • Currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s in a related field. • Curious about AI, technology, talent, leadership and the future of work.
• An analytical thinker and skilled problem-solver who enjoys turning insights into action. • An effective communicator with strong presentation, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Adaptable, creative and comfortable navigating changing situations and ambiguous questions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online research.
