In our programs, you’ll be immersed in a culture of continuous improvement, with the goal of changing health care for the better. Position Summary This program is   a   1 1 -week full -time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area.

You will be aligned to projects to lead or   contribute to   while also   participating   in networking, development, and career exploration activities.

Additionally,   successful interns are strongly positioned for consideration for future full-time opportunities with CVS Health, including the General Management Development Program.

The Summer 202 7   program will run May 24 th   – August 6 th   2027 (subject to change) This is a hybrid position with 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in one of the following office locations based on your preference :   Hartford, CT ,   Woonsocket, RI , or Dallas, TX .

The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.    Relocation stipends will be provided to qualifying interns and   interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if   desired.

The hourly rate   is $2 6 /hr   with   40 hours / week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid   leave. About this business   area: Our best-in-class General Management   Corporate   Internship Program accelerates your development and sharpens your management skills.

You will gain valuable work experience and   participate   in: • Projects that contribute to the success of our business • Community service activities • Professional development workshops • Mentorship and networking opportunities • Interaction with senior leaders Our summer internship roles will vary based on the team you are assigned to work with.

Our internship roles provide you with real work experience within the general management function. You will be aligned to projects to lead or   contribute to   while also   participating   in networking, development, and career exploration activities.

Examples of past internship projects   include: • Supported   Aetna   national value-based contracting by   assisting   in market evaluation, contract negotiation, performance analysis, and operational issue resolution.

Led internal process improvement initiatives and contributed to data reporting efforts. • Supported portfolio and roadmap management, governance, and performance reporting to help leaders make clear,   timely   decisions.

Assisted   in the development and maintenance of strategy and roadmaps, coached and tracked Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and surface cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, and opportunities.

• Supported cross-functional collaboration and operational initiatives across CVS, Signify, and Oak Street Health. Contributed to business assessments, process improvement efforts, and strategic planning activities aimed at enhancing customer engagement and organizational effectiveness.

• Evaluated sales trends and merchandising strategies for the Women’s Health & Wellness category across 7,000+ stores. Presented findings to senior leadership and recommended solutions to improve customer experience and drive market share growth.

Work visa sponsorship   is not   available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa   programs.
