Position Summary The Organizational Effectiveness Internship experience is an 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 24th, 2027, and concludes on August 4th, 2027.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.

Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates that qualify. As a CVS Health Corporate Intern you will participate in: • Projects that contribute to the success of our business • Community service activities • Professional development workshops • Mentorship and networking opportunities • Interaction with senior leaders The hourly rate is $26/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave.

Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health. Sponsorship Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs. About this Business Area The Executive Management Office (EMO) serves as a strategic partner to ACS leadership by supporting the execution of organizational priorities through business operations, change management, communications, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.

The team works across functions to drive alignment, improve organizational effectiveness, and help leaders successfully implement strategic initiatives.

By partnering with business leaders and stakeholders throughout the organization, the EMO helps manage executive priorities, strengthen communication, support employee engagement, and ensure teams are prepared to navigate change.

The team's work plays an important role in improving collaboration, accountability, and business performance across the organization. You Will Gain Valuable Work Experience and Participate In: • Supporting change management initiatives through stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption planning • Developing communication materials including leadership updates, presentations, FAQs, and employee communications • Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives • Building project management skills through meeting coordination, action tracking, documentation, and status reporting • Analyzing survey results, stakeholder feedback, and organizational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Supporting training and adoption activities through the development of training materials, job aids, and feedback collection processes • Creating reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that communicate project progress and business outcomes • Collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and organizational change efforts Required Qualifications • Meet educational requirements (see Education section) Preferred Qualifications • Have demonstrated leadership experience.

Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects • Have internship, work, or project experience in a related field • Have an interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation • Experience with project coordination, organization, and time management activities • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Adaptability, learning agility, and a willingness to embrace change • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and across business functions.

• Interest in organizational effectiveness, process improvement, change management, or project management Education • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree • Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2027 and June 2028 • Have a major relevant to the position such as Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $26.
