Job Title EIC Hospitality Valuation & Advisory Intern Job Description Summary Job Description We are looking for an analytical and motivated Hospitality Valuation & Advisory Intern to support our consulting team covering CEE, with office location in Warsaw.

The intern will assist with market research, financial analysis, and valuation projects for hotels and hospitality assets across the region. This role is ideal for students interested in hospitality investment, real‑estate advisory, or hotel asset management.

Key Responsibilities • Support valuation and feasibility studies for hotels and mixed‑use hospitality projects • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive set analysis • Assist in preparing financial models, cash‑flow projections, and performance reviews • Gather and analyze industry data, occupancy trends, and revenue indicators • Contribute to client presentations, reports, and advisory materials • Collaborate with senior consultants on ongoing assignments and fieldwork • Help maintain internal databases and research tools Requirements • Currently studying Hospitality, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel preferred • Polish language proficiency is required Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
