- As an intern for the President’s office, you will be a part of supporting the President-- working alongside her Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant-- to make sure that she has what she needs to be best prepared to succeed in all aspects of her role.
- You will also shadow the Chief of Staff and President’s Executive Assistant, learning about the various roles and departments that support the studio’s day to day function and broader business goals.
- If selected for this role, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Office of the President.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks including fielding calls, scheduling meetings, organizing materials for daily reading and watching, and managing the president’s calendar

- Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Preferred, not required
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry or is interested growing in the industry (for example, creative development space)
- Previous experience with editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere)
- Senior year preferred
