What you'll own

  • In this role, the selected candidate will participate in the production of learning content from design and development through implementation and evaluation!
  • Routine projects include both online and instructor-led learning components, covering a wide range of topic areas like product knowledge, policies, or system training.
  • Collaborate closely with peers who specialize in writing, graphic design, video production and/or web design in addition to partners, clients, trainers/facilitators and/or vendors.
  • Implement learning theory and research processes to craft and implement learning materials that produce greater outcomes for a specific role or audience.

  • Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

Preferred, not required

  • Facilitation and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia
  • Outstanding partnering skills, with team members at all levels within the organization
