What you'll own
- You will have a wide range of opportunities to assist and provide key data to GE&T Engineers on various types of projects including, but not limited to, Attractions, Maintenance, Show and Entertainment.
- Drafting, onsite as-built documentation, design coordination with outside design consultants, field data collection and testing, and recommending corrective actions (including justification).
- Developing Attraction requirements and designing opportunities and condition assessments.
- May possibly be working with Sustaining Engineering tasks including downtime response and small attraction improvement efforts.
Requirements and eligibility
- Interns must be fully available for the duration of the internship.
- Must demonstrate a solid understanding of Solidworks and/or AutoCAD.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred, not required
- Prior related work experience is desired, including co-op/intern programs with a focus on engineering materials, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, control, or design.
- Previous Theme Park work experience.
