- Our Quality Operations team is responsible for physically auditing the performance of cast and leadership within the Walt Disney World Resorts supporting Disney Springs, Disney Sports, Disney Water Parks, Disney Transportation, Disney Premium Services, Disney Parks & Resorts.
- Policies, procedures, processes, standards and interactions are evaluated providing valuable data to uphold the Disney standards.
- In addition to the Resorts in Central Florida this dynamic team travels to Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and Disney’s Hilton Head Resort to provide senior leaders audits to assess service levels.
- Participate and conduct audits across the Walt Disney World Resorts.
Requirements and eligibility
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to partner with other teams and act with integrity.
- Your prior experience as a foundation for learning the resort business.
- Ability to build positive relationships with operation leaders and cast.
Preferred, not required
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (PowerApps, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Disney alumni preferred
