What you'll own

  • As a Program Experience Intern, you will work in the Disney Programs Office and serve as the first point of contact for our Program participants.
  • This role involves a high level of administrative responsibility, including data entry, high call volume, and in-person communication.
  • You will work with a team of associates to answer participant questions and address concerns about all aspects of the program; serve as a Program Advisor; assist in planning and implementing program and learning activities; and serve as a liaison with key program partners.

Requirements and eligibility

  • The Cast Members in the Programs Office will guide our participants from arrival to program graduation.
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license (operating a company vehicle is required for this role).
  • Guest service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and balance multiple projects and competing priorities.

Preferred, not required

  • Junior or Senior year preferred.
