  • Performing pre-arrivals, onboarding, and arrivals day tasks including:
  • Attending arrivals day events and interacting with incoming participants.
  • Contacting participants via phone and/or email to offer support that promotes a positive onboarding experience.
  • Responding promptly to incoming candidate inquiries with dedication and compassion.

Requirements and eligibility

  • In this exciting and fast-paced changing environment, your ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of people, processes, and technology while assisting with the daily operation of College & International Recruitment!
  • A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
  • The skill to work independently and with a team, with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Preferred, not required

  • Junior or Senior preferred.
