Role overview

As a Talent & Growth Intern, you will contribute to the smooth administration and continuous improvement of Talent & Growth programs for Enterprise leaders and employees.
On any given day you might:
Develop and maintain quarterly reporting templates for custom coaching engagements and assessment usage, supporting recurring data pulls, quality assurance, and analytics for Coaching & Assessment programs.
Own day-to-day maintenance of the BetterUp Hypesite, reviewing and updating content, FAQs, resources, and links, and preparing materials for transition to Tigerhall platform.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a supervised environment.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive business information appropriately.
Coursework or prior experience related to HR, organizational behavior, analytics, project management, or process improvement.

& Skills:
Experience with Airtable, SharePoint, or similar tools beyond coursework or basic exposure.
Interest in leadership development, talent management, coaching, or organizational development.
