What you'll own

  • The Global Travel and Expense (T&E) Intern will help provide analytical, operational and contractual support for the Enterprise globally.
  • Building relationships with 3rd party vendors across categories such as Air, Hotel, and Ground Transportation will be key in this role!
  • The Intern will have a focus on assisting with vendor management as well as updating internal tools to ensure vendor data, documentation and reporting accuracy.

  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative and strive for continuous improvement
  • Requirements & Program Information

Preferred, not required

  • Previous hospitality and/or travel industry experience (that is, , with airlines, hotels or ground transportation)
  • Experience using business intelligence reporting tools, such as Tableau, SQL, and Power Query
  • Familiarity with AI & automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate & Power Apps
