What you'll own

  • In this role, you will offer vital administrative and logistical support, assisting with marketing, planning, and running auditions and external engagements.
  • This includes:
  • Supporting the execution of auditions for various roles, such as character performers, dancers, singers, and actors, and suggesting improvements to the candidate experience.
  • Working with Casting Marketing to develop targeted strategies and innovative ways for promoting audition opportunities via social media.

Requirements and eligibility

  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and confidential information
  • Ability to learn new software applications
  • Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or graduate student

Preferred, not required

  • It would also be great if you have/are:
  • Knowledge or exposure to performer contracts
  • Understanding of the live performer experience
