· Full-time student currently and throughout the internship period pursuing a bachelor/master's degree
The Contract Management group is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from licensee on-boarding, contract negotiations, through contract amendments and renewals.
This role has high interaction with a broad array of Disney groups (Licensing, Finance, Legal, Credit and Collections, ILS, etc), as well as Disney’s licensees.
The group also focuses on implementing efficient and effective systems, processes, and controls.

· Full-time student currently and throughout the internship period pursuing a bachelor/master's degree
· Must be able to work with confidential information
· Must have a highly professional “client service orientation”
· Must be an excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills

· Work experience in a professional office environment would be considered a plus
