Role overview

This role supports the Travel Agency Sales Team with business-to-business as well as business-to-business-to consumer programs.
In particular, the intern will:
Provide communication support for various aspects of Travel Agency Sales, including supporting the EarMarked by Disney Program and Business Development Managers
Use product and process knowledge to successfully solve guest services issues

To be successful, candidates must be highly organized, detailed and have the ability to take the lead for select responsibilities.
Ability to effectively partner with various team members within the Disney Destinations Organization to provide accurate and timely responses to Business Development Managers and key Travel Agencies
Required Qualifications & Skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and tight deadlines

Possess a valid US driver’s license and your own personal vehicle to get to/from on-site events
Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
