About the Role: The Sales Internship is part of the Multi-Media Sales Team of The Wall Street Journal | Barron's Group. You will gain a basic understanding of all facets of media advertising and learn about our print & digital media sales process.

You will get exposure to our sales techniques, multi-platform and cross-functional selling. This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office. You Will: -Support our strategic Next Market Cycle (NMC) initiatives via research (client earnings reports, MediaRadar, proprietary studies) -Perform reporting/analysis to increase revenue -Support the sales activities of designated Client Partners -Work with the sales team to develop solutions and partnership concepts and pricing -Prepare and send proposals for presentations to clients -Deliver excellent client support -Provide timely communication and follow-up with clients and internal departments -Help with research for meetings and special projects -Ensure that the sales team has the required sales materials and support information for sales calls and RFP responses -Receive exposure to the entire pre & post sales cycle across all platforms and products and how they are used to meet the needs of our clients You Have: -At least two years completed toward a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Economics -Strong interest in Finance or Data Science -Familiarity with Google Sheets, Slides and other presentation platforms -Organizational skills and focus on priorities that move the sales process forward -Creative thinking and the ability to match marketer's goals with the unique, affluent audiences available through our media properties Program Eligibility: Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program Graduating in Dec 2027 – July 2029 (U.
