We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support hiring efforts across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in experienced hire recruitment within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the role Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support end-to-end recruitment coordination and hiring activities across experienced hire roles.

You will contribute to attraction strategies, candidate management, and recruitment operations while helping deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition or HR. Recruitment & Selection • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced hire roles • Screen applications and assist in shortlisting candidates against role requirements • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes with candidates and hiring teams • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support offer management and documentation processes • Assist with talent pipeline building, sourcing, and market mapping activities Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Support • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Support onboarding preparation and pre-employment requirements (e.
