You will be on the road to success as an Roadtex Trailblazer! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Process Engineer Intern to join our engineering team.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process engineering, working closely with experienced professionals on various projects that enhance our production efficiency and quality.

• Support the development and implementation of process improvements. • Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process design and validation. • Participate in root cause analysis for process-related issues and recommend solutions.

• Document findings and contribute to project reports and presentations. • Engage in safety and quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with standards.

• Shadow and learn from experienced engineers to gain insights into process engineering best practices What's in it for You? • 10-week paid internship working alongside various teams at Roadtex • Join a vibrant team with c asual dress in a collaborative , can-do environment • Enjoy a hybrid working model • Learning resources outside your day-to-day roles • Exposure to real-business experiences • Potential for full-time employment Requirements • Must be able to start May 24th, 2027 and complete the entire 10 week program • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools • Ability to look at PMI programs • Strong understanding of automation design,  and continuous process improvement methodologies.

• Basic understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to problem-solve.
