Global IT Operations Internship (2027)

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and technology-minded student to join our IT Operations Team . In this internship, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and activities that support associates across the region: • IT Support & Operations: Assist in supporting laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and collaboration tools.

• Device & Asset Management: Support device deployment, user onboarding, inventory tracking, and asset lifecycle activities. • Process Improvement: Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement, initiatives to enhance the employee technology experience.

• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and update user guides, knowledge articles, and operational documentation. Learning outcomes: • Gain hands-on experience in a global IT operations environment.

• Develop troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Learn how enterprise IT services support business operations. • Grow your communication and collaboration skills through working with cross functional and multicultural teams.

You would be best equipped for the role if you have (profile): • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong interest in technology, digital workplace tools, and IT support. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows, or mobile devices is an advantage.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
