Intern, Cyber Threat Intel

Ensign is hiring ! This position is for 2025 intake. 6 months & above commitment required. Key Responsibilities: • Engage in comprehensive collection and analysis of cyber threat intelligence across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.

• Manage virtual entities (VEs) to collect intelligence from popular Social Media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram and TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Dou Yin and Weibo.

• Actively participate in the planning phase of intelligence missions, focusing on meeting all information requirements effectively. • Transform raw data into actionable intelligence, applying analytical skills to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.

• Detect and document critical Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), thereby enhancing the organization’s ability to preempt potential cyber threats. • Utilize a range of internal and external resources for thorough research on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and the latest exploits used by cyber adversaries.

• Conduct detailed research to understand the methods employed by threat actors. Collaborate with various teams to strengthen our prevention and detection strategies.

• Actively contribute to the ongoing maintenance and updating of our threat actor and TTP knowledge base, keeping the team abreast of the evolving cyber threat landscape.
