The Role: Our site in Burnet, TX is seeking an Analytical Lab Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration.
The Analytical Laboratory Co-op supports the testing and characterization of high-purity materials used in semiconductor manufacturing. Working alongside experienced scientists and chemists, the student will assist with sample preparation, analytical testing, data analysis, and laboratory improvement projects while gaining hands-on experience with advanced analytical instrumentation and quality systems.
This role offers valuable exposure to analytical chemistry, contamination control, safety practices, and the critical processes used to ensure semiconductor materials meet stringent quality and performance requirements.

What We Seek: Pursuing a BS/MS in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical EngineeringFall 2027 or Spring 2028 Eligibility: • Must be a currently enrolled student • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June • Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program • Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.
