This team is responsible for developing, overseeing, monitoring, and reporting on strategic and operational transformation initiatives across FAM, as well as administering and optimizing key finance systems that support critical business processes.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to finance transformation, business process improvement, enterprise systems administration, data analytics, and organizational change management.

The intern will work closely with team members to support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen reporting capabilities, and improve the user experience of FAM technologies and processes.

How You'll Make an Impact As a Summer Intern, you may: • Learn about Finance Transformation best practices • Learn about FAM processes and how they are operationalized in current state.

• Learn about FAM systems and how they support FAM’s processes. • Work on enhancing reporting of FAM transformation initiatives through data analytics.

• Work on enhancing training opportunities and learning tracks for FAM processes and technology. What You'll Learn Throughout the internship, you will gain exposure to: • Finance Transformation and Continuous Improvement practices • Enterprise System Administration and Support • Data Analytics and Business Intelligence • Process Mapping and Documentation • Change Management and User Adoption • Strategic Project Management • Reporting and Dashboard Development • Financial Services Operations • Technology Enablement and Digital Transformation Qualifications Required • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: business administration, economics,  accounting, finance, or information systems or related field • Junior, or Senior standing at an accredited college or university.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred • Interest in finance, technology, business transformation, or process improvement.

• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard tools. • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, financial management, or human capital management platforms.

• Coursework in project management, business analytics, information systems, or organizational change management. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong ability to think critically Salary Range: $38,800.00 - $58,100.00 The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.  Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
