Career Opportunity Role Title Actuarial Coop student - Winter term 2027 Purpose of role We are seeking two (2) Actuarial Co-op Students to join our team for the Winter term (January – April 2027).

This role offers an excellent opportunity for actuarial students to gain practical experience, develop technical and analytical skills, and build exposure to actuarial work in a collaborative business environment.

You will gain experience working with comprehensive financial modelling systems that utilize a variety of actuarial, spreadsheet, database, and reporting software.

You will also gain exposure to how actuarial analysis, modelling, and reporting support business planning and decision-making. Note: • Positions are open to students of different levels • This is a hybrid position with 2 days per week working in Toronto office Job Description Key Responsibilities • Support actuarial modelling, analysis, reporting, and related business activities using actuarial, spreadsheet, database, and reporting tools.

• Work closely with other teams such as Corporate Actuarial, Capital Management, Pricing, Risk, Investments, Finance, and IT, allowing you to gain valuable work exposure across functions.

• Assist with data preparation, validation, analysis, documentation, and presentation of results. • Contribute to projects that support actuarial processes, business insights, and continuous improvement.

• Develop technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on work and collaboration. Key Qualifications • Entry-level actuarial student writing actuarial exams.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and technical skills.

• Experience with AXIS, Datalink, Hyperion, and MicroStrategy is desirable but not required. We welcome students who are curious, collaborative, and motivated to grow their actuarial knowledge in a professional setting.

#LI-Hybrid Salary Range: $37,000 - $59,000 The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.

In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.
