MUST be student at Universidad Panamericana OR Universidad Intercontinental Job Overview: The Clinical Network Intern supports the coordination, tracking, and administrative execution of clinical studies across the region.

This role contributes to maintaining accurate operational data, supporting internal metrics, and ensuring effective follow-up with investigator sites and project teams.

The intern will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support study execution activities and facilitate timely communication and reporting.

This position is designed for students seeking exposure to clinical research operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Summary of Responsibilities: - Support tracking and follow-up of clinical study activities across multiple sites and projects - Maintain and update internal trackers (e.

g., resourcing data, study status, and key performance metrics) - Assist in the preparation and consolidation of internal reports and presentations - Coordinate follow-ups with investigator sites and internal project teams to ensure timely updates - Perform basic data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across tracking tools - Provide administrative support for Clinical Network initiatives and operational activities - Support meeting coordination, documentation of minutes, and follow-up of action items - Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and tracking methodologies Qualifications (Minimum Required): • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • Demonstrated sense of accountability and responsibility • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Basic data management skills (e.

g., organizing, filtering, and validating information in Excel) • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) • Intermediate English level preferred (reading and writing) • Interest in clinical research or healthcare industry is desirable • Presentation and PowerPoint high skills.

• Ability to read and apply regulatory compliance (English 85%). Experience (Minimum Required): • No prior professional experience required • Academic or internship experience involving coordination, administrative support, or data tracking is considered an advantage No clinical experience required Physical Demands / Work Environment: • Home Based Position.
