Role overview
What you'll own
- Support internal control assessments, audit activities, and process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze and test existing control processes and procedures, updating documentation as needed to improve effectiveness.
- Assist with audits of control effectiveness and evaluate progress made to address identified control deficiencies and risks.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team on process improvement initiatives, project support, and documentation efforts.
Requirements and eligibility
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA)
Preferred, not required
- Preferred candidate is a rising junior or senior who has completed core coursework in their major.
- Experience with Power BI preferred.
- Exposure to process automation, data analytics, or other business intelligence and automation tools is a plus.
