As a Human Resources Intern, you'll build leadership and functional skills in human resources working with challenging, real-world problems. You'll build relationships with interns/co-ops and leaders through intern community events and grow through professional development and mentoring options.
And you'll prepare for a potential full-time position after graduation into our Human Resources Leadership Program or a direct hire opportunity. Essential Responsibilities : The Human Resources Leadership Program Internship will allow you to impact the future of the HR organization.
During the 10- 12 weeks , you will be focused on projects in HR areas such as HR generalist, employee relations, recruiting, learning and development, compensation and benefits, or acquisition integration.
