What you'll own
- You will also support our engineers in conducting studies and drive improvement opportunities by activating FLIGHT DECK in the shopfloor.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Kaizen Events and Trainings
- Support the setup of Flowlines and Andons throught the development of Standard Work, Problem Solving and Daily Management
- Conduct shop floor observations and collect key data to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements and eligibility
- Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering
