We were meant to fly. We are looking for an extracurricular intern for our Pomigliano d'Arco site. As Intern - Production Analysis you will learn Supply Chain management model by supporting the workforce analysis Team in industrial KPI measurement.

Job Description Essential Responsabilities • Learn how to perform monthly workforce analysis at plant level, driving variance analysis by shop • Help in monitoring performance KPIs and targets, ensuring the alignment with costs and efficiency • Support in monitoring and analysing production requirements • Learn how to plan and forecast shops needs to ensure proper and optimized level of utilization of the workforce • Support Manufacturing Target Cost definition during cost estimation • Learn and apply technical method to measure routing time with stopwatch • Take part in Hourly (Direct/Indirect) analysis activities and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs • Learn how to consolidate the Hourly Strategic Workforce Planning Essential Requirements • Master’s Degree in Management Engineering • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point) • Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & technical specifications • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions • Analytical and organizational ability • Fluent Italian and good level of English • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics • Good oral and written communication skills • Proactive approach • Perseverance, commitment and passion in driving results • Ability to work in a team Join us!
