What you'll own
- Support the implementation of lean projects in the Engineering Center using lean tools and techniques (5S, kaizen)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on lean projects, continuous improvement, and standard work implementation
- Support Lean and Design teams on design projects focused on cost optimization (aviation engine components: low-pressure turbine nozzles and rotors, engine structures)
Requirements and eligibility
- /Requirements :
- Currently in 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program, or a recent graduate, in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, or in another engineering/technical discipline with a focus on lean or operations management
- Good English and Polish communication
- Good knowledge and practice of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
