- Own and manage the end‑to‑end planning, validation, calculation, and payment of sales incentive compensation for assigned recipients.
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening sales incentive compensation processes, tools, automation, and data quality.
- Monitor process performance and proactively propose enhancements to improve effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
- Create and maintain PBI Dashboards, report and data visualizations.

Job description
SIC Specialist role is part of Sales incentive team and is responsible for supporting the SIC team achieve organizational objectives by supporting them with various analytics, dashboard, reports and managing SIC recipients.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the end‑to‑end planning, validation, calculation, and payment of sales incentive compensation for assigned recipients.
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening sales incentive compensation processes, tools, automation, and data quality.
- Monitor process performance and proactively propose enhancements to improve effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
- Create and maintain PBI Dashboards, report and data visualizations.
- Explore and apply AI tools & solutions to enhance reporting, analytics & recurring SIC processes.
- Maintain & improve SIC reports, dashboards and supporting documentation.
- Special projects as and when assigned.
Qualifications
- Active University student preferably in business, finance, economics, data analytics, information technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Interested in automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Comfortable learning new systems and working with large datasets.
- Highly structured, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office application
- PBI knowledge would be a plus.
- Comfortable working in matrixed organizations, partnering with Commercial, Finance, and HR stakeholders.
