What you'll own
- You will support the deployment and security of platforms that manage the modern digital electricity grid.
- You will move beyond theory to help implement secure software solutions within Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS)—the technology driving the future of electricity.
- Secure the Grid: Integrate cyber security into CI/CD pipelines and software lifecycles.
- Build & Deploy: Support the configuration and implementation of utility-grade software.
Requirements and eligibility
- Availability: Ability to commit for a minimum of 6 months , working either 3 days per week during the semester or 5 days per week during semester breaks.
- Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, with a minimum 75% WAM .
- Those currently enrolled in a double degree in these disciplines will also be considered.
Preferred, not required
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Python/Bash, Docker/Kubernetes, or Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of OT/ICS security or SCADA systems.
