Sourcing Intern

Job Description Summary Job Description Summary We are seeking a brilliant Intern for our Procurement Organization. We are looking for under grads Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technical, Engineering or Mathematics with accredited universities.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities : • Support the sourcing team with project execution. • Support the Project Procurement Manager, Procurement Manager and sourcing team.

• Help with the generation of reports, collection of data, and coordinating with the other team members or stakeholders. • Attend and participate in meetings when required.

• Help to contact third parties and suppliers as well as helping to source for items that is required by the project. • Participate in GEV and sourcing-specific initiatives.

• Internship period: 6/9/12 months Requirements : • Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited university.

Recent graduates interested in an internship are also welcome to apply. • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week throughout the internship.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
